SHOTCOUNT

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 6 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of shotcount.app and the Shotcount workspace. By creating an account or using Shotcount, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Shotcount is a planning and execution workspace. It helps you organize goals and tasks and, when you choose to connect external services, can prepare or carry out user-directed work across supported services. Features may change as we improve the service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and connected devices secure and for the activity that occurs through your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Your content and connected services

You keep ownership of the information and files you submit to Shotcount. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content to provide the features you request.

If you connect Google or another external service, you authorize Shotcount to use the permissions you approve for the user-directed features you select. Shotcount does not control those external services, and their own terms and policies also apply. Gmail messages, Calendar events, Contacts, and other connected-service data are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Shotcount is designed to ask for your approval before external actions such as sending email or changing a calendar. You remain responsible for reviewing the details of an action before approving it.

Acceptable use

You may use Shotcount only in compliance with applicable law and the rules of any connected service. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, access another person’s account or data without permission, distribute harmful or unlawful material, or use Shotcount to send spam, fraud, or unwanted commercial messages.

Third-party services and links

Shotcount may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Google and infrastructure or AI providers. Those services may have their own terms, availability, and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Shotcount available and reliable, but the service may be unavailable for maintenance, security work, provider outages, or events beyond our control. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We will try to provide reasonable notice for material changes when practical.

Fees

If a paid plan is offered, its price, billing interval, and cancellation terms will be shown before you purchase it. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for cancelling before the next billing period if you no longer want a paid plan.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Shotcount at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or address a material breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data deletion is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations.

Disclaimers

Shotcount provides planning and execution assistance, not professional, legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice. You are responsible for checking results, deadlines, recipients, bookings, and other consequential details before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shotcount is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free results.
